Način rada Sveučilišne knjižnice od 16. studenoga 2021. / Operating regime and code of conduct for University Library visitors from November 16th 2021

Prema Odluci Stožera civilne zaštite Republike Hrvatske o uvođenju EU Covid-potvrda u javne i državne službe, od 16. studenoga 2021. ulazak u zgradu Sveučilišne knjižnice u Splitu bit će moguć isključivo osobama koje predoče valjanu EU Covid-potvrdu ili negativni test uz istodobno predočenje identifikacijske isprave ili drugi valjani dokaz iz spomenute Odluke.

Sukladno Odluci, studenti su izuzeti od obveze posjedovanja EU Covid-potvrde.

Studenti, kao i svi ostali korisnici, trebaju se strogo pridržavati svih već poznatih mjera:

– pravilno nošenje zaštitne maske tijekom cjelokupnog boravka u Knjižnici (uključujući i rad  u čitaonici)
– mjerenje temperature na ulazu u Knjižnicu
– prethodna rezervacija čitaoničkog mjesta putem mrežnog obrasca te evidencija mjesta na informacijskom pultu
– prethodna elektronička narudžba građe
– dezinfekcija ruku te pridržavanje mjera osobne higijene i higijene radnoga prostora
– održavanje fizičke udaljenosti od najmanje dva metra među osobama

Radno vrijeme, uključujući i noćno učenje, zasad ostaje neizmijenjeno.

Operating regime and code of conduct for University Library visitors from November 16th 2021

In compliance with the Decision of the Civil Protection Headquarters of the Republic of Croatia regarding the introduction of the EU Covid-certificate to public and state services, starting on the November 16th 2021, entry to the University of Split Library building will be possible only to persons with a valid EU Covid-certificate or proof of a negative test, presented with identification documents or other valid documents listed in the said Decision.

In accordance with the Decision, students are exempt from the obligation to present an EU Covid-certificate.

All library visitors, including students, should strictly adhere to all anti-epidemic measures including:
– proper wearing of a protective mask during the entire stay on the Library premises (including the reading room)
– checking body temperature at the entrance to the Library
– prior online reservation of reading room seats and checking-in at the Information desk
– prior online order of Library materials
– hand disinfection and adherence to personal hygiene and workplace hygiene measures
– maintaining physical distance of at least two meters between persons

Working hours, including the night reading rooms hours, remain unchanged for the time being.
